NEJMの論文を読んでいるとC統計量(C statistic)という言葉とIDI (integrated discrimination improvement)という言葉がでてきた
kosugittiさんによるとC統計量とはROC曲線で「確からしい」比率らしい
完璧なモデルでは数値は1.0となり，偶然と変わらない場合は0.5となる指標で、c>0.8なら確からしいと。
それじゃ不十分だとPencina先生が言っている新しい指標がIDIらしいのだが、さっぱりわからないので誰か教えてくれませんかね？
